Have you ever felt limited by your past experiences? Of course you have. We all have. Life is bound to give us experiences that we feel are negative, and then we pattern our beliefs and future actions accordingly. Learning not to touch fire is a good lesson. But many other “lessons” limit how we act in the world and often keep us in the same negative patterns. This course is suited for anybody who wants to be free of past experiences in order to create and live the best life possible!

This 52-week educational program for self-development, self-empowerment and self-healing was created for helping people overcome past stress, and/or abuse. The techniques are practical and can help anyone develop the practices necessary for a happy, healthy and successful lifestyle. It is a comprehensive program that combines both Eastern and Western knowledge and healing approaches. You will learn cutting-edge psychological tools, proven powerful practical techniques and ancient secret practices for releasing emotional trauma.

For best results, each lesson should be explored daily for one week, and you may repeat and come back to any lesson as needed during course. You can spend more time with any part of the program as needed. We will mention in the lesson if you need longer lengths of time to do some exercises. For example, you will be repeating the “Mirror” or self-love exercise for 40 days straight for desirable effect. It is scientifically proven that reprograming your believes daily will take from 30 to 60 days.

This is a proven, working system with easy steps for improvement of your life in all aspects. In this program we represent samples or variations of teachings of other masters, so you can choose what teachings you resonate with and continue your education with their teachings. This program helps you achieve desirable Goals in all aspects of your life with effective psychological methods, tools and exercises for reprogramming of your brain, habits and beliefs. “Master your emotions” program was created from personal experience. The program has been developed over 28 years and it has been proven to work successfully for many others. The author of this program overcame three abusive marriages, being a single mom, going through women’s shelters with her son, working several jobs to survive, experienced violent car crash with the death of her husband and having constant physical pain for several years, betrayal of close friends and being in constant fear from threats for her physical and mental wellbeing. She became tired of a life full of disasters, trauma and an emotional roller coaster and started reaching for better thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. Over decades she discovered and learned lessons, new tools, methods, movements, and teachings that were introduced to her. Her own discoveries, desire to help others and constant requests from her clients inspired her to create this program, which helped her and her clients overcome physical and emotional pain and create a peaceful state of mind in any situation. The discovery of secret ancient movements helped her to avoid surgery on her spine and fully recover from pain of injuries. Exercises helped her to find her beloved soulmate, who adopted her son and with whom she has been happily married to for 10 years with daily appreciation of their incredible, loving and successful lives and circumstances that they continue to create.

The variety of teachings in this program have been proven by results from patients, who have dramatically improved their lives. For example, some suicidal patients became educators for others. The results of understanding who they really are and discovering their inner value helped them to follow their passion and become successful and happy in their life. One patient lost 280 pounds and slowly totally freed herself from several strong medications and became completely healthy. Some patients let go of the past, forgave themselves and others and became free from memories that were holding them back which allowed them to start creating a new healthy life for themselves. Some patients found beloved partners and created happy families. Some clients discovered their artistic gifts that they are now sharing with the world and living their life’s purpose. Some people opened up for possibilities to prosper in all aspects of their lives.

This program is a blue print that is easy to follow and we will guide you and be with you in each step of your development in the program. We also have a community support group, so you will not feel alone. Natalia realized that animals can take care of themselves easily, however people suffer not only from physical pain but also from emotional and mental pain. Her desire to see people happy was strong from her childhood, so she dedicated her life to help people in physical, mental or emotional pain. First she decided to become a nurse and while working in the hospital helping people she realized that just heart to heart conversations or just listening from the heart and holding a healing space for patients created transformational healing effect for the patients. Then she decided to become a medical doctor so she could practice and heal not only the body but people as whole. Helping her friends and patients overcome traumas, showed her that they were healing not only on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels but it was helping them to realize who they really are, helping them find their life purpose and accelerating changes in their lives to be more happy, healthy and joyful. Coming to America was a big step in her life and the life of her son. She went through difficult times including going through a women’s shelter with her son and working several jobs to survive. Loosing new husband in car accident and being in constant physical pain reminded her about what she had taught others and the importance of reaching for better feelings and a better life.In striving for this better life she manifested new knowledge, new teachings and her new life began. Healing herself completely she met her beloved husband who adopted her son and they have now been happily married for 10 years. As a lymphatic massage therapist she found herself intuitively doing healing and life and emotional release coaching with her clients. Her patients started having amazing recovery and healing results. For many years she has been teaching and healing individuals. All her clients were asking her to create a series of videos for them, so they can use the videos at home.Their “homework” wasn’t enough for them anymore and they wanted to grow even more. That is how this program, “Master Your Emotions – Manifest Your Life,” was born. While developing this program Natalia realized that millions of women and children and men, especially with post traumatic syndrome, will benefit from this knowledge and it would be so helpful in early education, so people don’t need to go through unnecessary pain and suffering.
